What is Life Coaching?

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as:
“A partnership with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”

As a certified trauma-informed and somatic coach, I integrate mindfulness, self-inquiry, and nervous system regulation into my sessions, helping you break through emotional blocks and create sustainable change.

Is Life Coaching Like Therapy or Consulting?

Not quite. Unlike therapy, which focuses on healing the past, coaching is forward-focused, designed to help you move from where you are now to where you want to be.

Unlike consulting or mentoring, life coaching does not involve giving advice or providing ready-made solutions. Instead, I help you uncover your own answers because the solutions that come from within are the ones that last.
