When you reach a point in life when change is necessary or is not happening fast enough, you need a life coach.
A life coach listens to you in an unbiased way and asks provocative questions that help you not only see clearly what drives you to make decisions or to repeat behavioral patterns that are not serving you anymore but also to discover your own strengths and weaknesses and use them in such a way so as to be able to achieve any goal; personal, professional or other.
A life coach helps you find and devise your own personal tools so that you can become autonomous in all aspects of your life.
I cannot think of another professional that puts the following saying in practice:
“Give a man a fish and he will not be hungry for a day. Teach him how to fish and he will not be hungry for the rest of his life.”
