What is channeling?

Channeling is the practice of entering a meditative state to receive and convey messages from higher consciousness—your higher self, spirit guides, or universal wisdom.

But this is not fortune telling. Therapeutic channeling isn’t about predicting your future—it’s about illuminating the paths available to you. Sometimes, different possible futures emerge, shaped by your current choices, emotions, and mindset. The goal is to give you clarity so you can take action with purpose and alignment.

Why do we record the sessions?

Every session is recorded so you can listen back and integrate the messages at a deeper level.

1. Healing Through Frequency – The energies channeled in a session are deeply healing for the body, mind, and soul. Each time you listen to the recording, you reconnect with those frequencies, allowing the healing to continue long after our session.

2. Deeper Understanding Over Time – Often, what we think is the root of our struggles is actually just the surface layer. Channeling goes deeper. Many insights only reveal their full meaning as you grow and evolve. Revisiting the session helps you absorb and act on guidance that may not have been clear the first time around.

What happens during the session?

Establishing the connection

The moment I connect to your higher self, I also attune to your emotional and physical energy. I sense your openness, your fears, your tensions, and your anticipation. This connection stays present for the entire session, allowing me to relay messages with precision and depth.

The “monologue”

The session begins with me sharing everything I see, hear, and feel. I may speak about your past, present, or even potential futures—because in the spiritual realm, time is not linear. Everything is connected and happening simultaneously.

During this time, you are welcome to interrupt with questions, insights, or objections. Sometimes, I may ask you questions—not because the higher self lacks the answers, but because some truths need to be spoken aloud for healing to occur.

Therapeutic channeling lifts the veil, helping you see what has been hidden, acknowledge what has been denied, and integrate what needs to be healed.

When can I ask questions?

After the initial monologue, you can ask any questions you may have. Interestingly, most people realize their questions have already been answered—just not in the way they expected. Often, we only hear what we are ready to hear, and we focus on what we want to hear instead of what is truly being revealed.

What happens after the session?

Each person experiences a unique emotional response after a session. Some feel immediate relief, clarity, and empowerment. Others may need time to process the depth of what was uncovered.

• Some experience intense emotions, as old wounds and beliefs come to the surface for healing.
• A few may feel resistance, as their ego struggles to accept the truth revealed.
